Health Canada (Risk Assessment)

Health Canada was seeking to explain to Canadians ‘in lay-person’s terms’ what assessing health risks associated with environmental contaminants involved. While there are quite a few Health Risk Assessment (HRA) guides available, this multimedia presentation reached a wider audience who might not have the time, desire or capacity to use a printed guideline. The final multimedia presentation communicated difficult concepts easier than a written document. This presentation was made available over the Internet, on CD-Rom and large screen projection for public meetings.
